This group, for female identifying and non-binary individuals, is designed to provide the foundation for understanding how trauma and eating disorders become entangled, while teaching and bolstering techniques to support and help them cope effectively. Additionally, we will explore the influence of gender bias and societal expectations that have long pushed men towards ideals of strength, stoicism, and physical appearance.
