Free Drop-in Group for Family and Friends
Occurs on Mondays 6-7pm ET. Register on our Calendar to attend this group designed for all loved ones of someone with an eating disorder. It is a place to connect to individuals, ask questions, and share in a supportive community. This is a peer led support group. For ages 18+
Hope & Inspiration
Hope & Inspiration is a free, monthly community event where an individual shares their recovery story followed by a Q&A and guided discussion. It generally occurs on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 10-11am ET. You can register on our Calendar.

There’s a wonderful community that is incredibly supportive, and that’s what MEDA has brought to us and for that I’m incredibly grateful. The community is welcoming, and the amount of education and resources that are available is just outstanding.
