The Connect to Confidence Vision Statement
To Be an educational resource for the community by providing materials and training programs for all ages.
To Provide a range of experiences for teachers, students, and other school personnel.
To Foster confidence, self-discovery and assertiveness in the lives of students and their families so they feel empowered to best care for their physical and emotional selves.
MEDA's Connect to Confidence branch envisions living in a society free of eating disorders, disordered eating, obsessions about food, weight and body shape.
It is MEDA's hope that the resources below will not only help, but also inspire people to seek out further support. All of the information has been reviewed by the MEDA staff and approved for the use of the general public.
