Embracing new opportunities for change can be exciting, and a little scary all at the same time. Moving from one phase of life to the next can bring up new challenges, and insights and additional support can be helpful when trying to face these challenges head-on. The Transitions Group at MEDA is designed specifically for those individuals who are working towards recovery, while at the same time preparing to embark on a new phase of life after high school.
